July - August 2020:
Our four teachers came together and ran a four-week introductory Mindfulness program through Zoom, during Summer 2020, primarily for Stamford residents and for anyone in Connecticut to join! We had the experience to share our Mindfulness experience with individuals of all different age groups!
March 2021 - April 2021:
We had partnered with BuildOn to start a month-long mindfulness project with their high school students. To first introduce mindfulness to them and pay it forward with them teaching mindfulness to friends and family! And coming together to total our impact. Together we were able to teach mindfulness to 25+ students!
April 2021
We partnered with Future 5 to share mindfulness with their high school and college alumni students. During the session, we will be discussing what mindfulness is, the benefits, and how to incorporate mindfulness into one's daily life. Our sessions were held outdoors at the one and only Mill River Park!
May & June 2021:
We partnered with Stamford Public Schools to share mindfulness with two middle and elementary schools for May and June, respectively. The middle schools we are working with are Turn of River and Cloonan. The elementary schools we are working with are Northeast and Westover. Through these past months, we taught mindfulness to over 1,700 students ranging from kindergartners to eighth-graders!
July & August 2021 - 22 - 23:
During summer 2021, we partnered with Stamford Downtown to share mindfulness with the Stamford Community in a fun outdoor setting! Our sessions were held at Veteran's Park in Stamford, CT, every Wednesday at 6:30 pm from mid-July to the end of August. Our sessions were led by our experienced mindfulness teachers, who introduced participants to new introductory mindfulness topics.
We discussed the best ways to manage stress, unhappiness, worry, increase positivity and happiness, and much more through mindfulness meditation practices!
September 2023:
We have partnered with Mill River Park to run a six week program open for free to the amazing Stamford Community. In this series, participants will embark on a transformational journey learning about simple yet powerful mindfulness practices.
This series will help you learn to be resilient, stay calm, happy, and make decisions with clarity amid all life’s challenges. It will also help participants learn how to tap into Zen moments while doing your daily activities. Whether you are new to mindfulness practice, or are a long time practitioner, all are welcome.
September 2023:
